The Nexus Learning Partnership is built on collaboration, connection, and mutual support. We bring schools together to share expertise, learn from one another, and celebrate each school’s unique strengths and individuality, creating stronger outcomes for children through collective ambition and shared purpose.

Through regular Headteacher meetings, peer review, Improvement Champions, governance development, and a comprehensive programme of professional learning, we support continual school improvement while investing in the development of our staff. Our extensive network of specialist groups provides opportunities for colleagues to exchange effective practice, develop expertise, and build lasting professional relationships across our schools.

Alongside this, we offer finance support and networking through our Partnership Business Lead, as well as a wide range of sporting, cultural, and collaborative events for staff and pupils throughout the year, helping to strengthen the connections that sit at the heart of our Partnership.
